Nowadays, Zomato is used by most people for their all-time meals. I also order my lunch from Zomato as I live in PG. When I first order from Zomato, I was not sure if it will suit my taste or not. But, I really liked the food I got for my lunch. The quality was also good and the food was delicious. Now, it’s been one and half years of ordering from Zomato, and suggest others to use it too.

I really like the Zomato food and its services as I always order my lunch from there. Recently, I ordered my lunch using Zomato and show the delivery timings of 30 minutes. I ordered Rajma Chawal which cost 200 rupees per plate but I got a discount coupon and found it for 120 rupees. They delivered my food within 30 minutes. The discount thing is not for one time only but always gets exciting offers and gets my good quality food at lower prices. You should also order from Zomato for tasty food at affordable rates.

I never ordered from Zomato as I was not sure about the quality and taste. Then, I arranged a small party at my house and decided to order food from Zomato. I ordered my food one hour before the party started and got the delivery within 45 minutes. I was really impressed with this as I got 15 minutes to serve the food into the plates before the party started. Then, for the first time, I tasted the food and loved it. All my friends liked the food and asked about the restaurant. After that incident, I always ordered from Zomato and suggest others use it too.

I ordered my food at 1:32 PM and got it at 2:40 PM. I ordered this food for my lunch but received it after the lunch break. I waited for so long to eat that food.

I never used Zomato before so I was not sure about their food quality and delivery timings. After one of my friend’s suggestions, I ordered my lunch from there. I have very good experience with Zomato. I usually order my lunch from Zomato to my office. I am really impressed with their delivery services as they always deliver my food on time. If there is any delay in the order due to any reason, they notify me about the same through phone call. If there is any issue with the quality, they also return your money. I also got my money back for two times as they delivered cold food to me. So, I would recommend you to use Zomato for your food and dessert.

I am a regular customer of Zomato as I live in a PG and order food from Zomato. I will share my recent experience with their food. I ordered Rajma Chawal from Kaleva using Zomato. It was so tasty and definitely recommends you to order it. They also provide the cutlery every time I ordered using Zomato. They also add an extra salad if you ask them to do. I order from different restaurants and always found good quality and tasty food. I would suggest you to order only one time as you will definitely use it for the second time after the first use.

I have experienced that the delivery person of Zomato never attends his phone calls before he/she reached to the delivery place. If someone needs to communicate with them to address confirmation or any other concern, they never reached out to you on time. Although, the quality of food is okay and can be ordered again but they should also attend their calls before reaching to the customer’s place.

I wanted to eat pizza so I checked on Zomato for price. I selected a regular size pizza which was showing at a price of 120 only. But when I proceed for checkout, my bill was for 250. The charges were even more than the price of food itself.

I think they need to reduce the plastic wastage. They use a lot of plastic for their packaging and cutlery items, which end up chocking our drains and land fillings making them barren places

High delivery charges

For the same order from the same restaurant the price ones pay much lesser price on Swiggy than what it is on Zomato. The difference is mainly because of high delivery charges on Zomato.
