I never really understood why people buy from amazon if the same product is available on Flipkart. Amazon is always charging high price for the same product. Yesterday I was looking for Poco M3 prices, while on Flipkart the price was 11k, the same model was showing for 13k on amazon.
They need to work on their return policy

My son ordered a mobile phone while playing with my phone and they delivered it same day. When I told them that the phone was ordered by mistake, and take it back. The delivery guy refused to listen.

I purchased a refrigerator and now its been 3 months of using it. Till now its properly working and got to see no issue. Also, its features are amazing. Yesterday I ordered the Sony Home Theater from Amazon. When Delivery boy delivered my order, I got my product it seems no good packing. when I checked the home theater it was damage from the corner of one side and the sound was also not good. Then I called to the customer care of Amazon for that product to return. Now I am able to return my product.
